BonJour Eiffel French Press
The BonJour company makes a variety of kitchen products including a popular line of French press coffee makers. The Eiffel French press is one of these, and although no longer being manufactured by the company it was a popular model. Unlike the more common automatic drip appliances, French press coffee makers have a much simpler design and have no heating elements to burn out, water tubes to become clogged or electronics to break. This means that they can last quite some time and even though the Eiffel French press is no longer in production, many of these coffee makers are still being used today.
BonJour Eiffel Replacement Carafe
Although French press coffee makers are durable, the carafes are usually made of glass. BonJour uses Borosilicate glass, which is heat resistant and stronger than normal glass, but can still break if dropped. Luckily, even though the original Eiffel is no longer being made, BonJour still manufactures the original replacement carafes. The replacement for the 3-cup Eiffel is the BonJour 53310 carafe and the replacement for the 8-cup Eiffel is the BonJour 53315 carafe.
BonJour Eiffel Frother
Although the Eiffel French press is no longer in production, BonJour still makes a frother under the Eiffel name. This also uses a glass carafe, and of course, can also be broken. The replacement for the Caffee Froth Eiffel (model #53444) is the BonJour 53314 Caffee Froth Replacement Carafe.
