The coffee maker has a number of advanced features including a 12-cup insulated steel carafe, ability to program your brew 24 hours in advanced, a pause feature to grab a quick cup of coffee before the entire 12 cups are done, and an automatic shut-off for safety.

Cuisinart manufactures two replacement carafes for the DTC-975, the DTC-975TC12BS (Black Trim) and the DTC-975TC12WS (White Trim).
